Making Choices

Greeting the day with my early morning walk, today in a cool sprinkle. Absolutely invigorating. I get in 4 to 5 miles a day and I like to get out there by 6:30 am. I feel it’s important for me to begin each day making this healthy choice.

🌈

Watching the sky and the earth wake up with me each morning lends to a much more expansive outlook and that bigger view helps me stay more objective as I continue to make my choices throughout the day. Life is all about choices and the more we learn that each day is filled with countless choices that we make and how each choice has its own consequence. We have so much more control over our ability to feel peace and fulfillment then so many of us realize.

🌈

These truffles and the plants I use in them are also a fantastic tool for this kind of work. They can help us step out of ourselves and show us a different perspective and they do so in the gentlest and non intrusive kind of way. With an abundance of love & compassion they help us see some of the choices we may be making without even being aware of it and how these choices are what's holding us back and or what caused some unhealthy patterns to repeat. They help us see a clearer path to a fuller life & the steps we need to make to get there. The more we can surrender control of the experience the more these plants can offer profound help in this way.

🌈

And as usual, while all of our Nightshade Truffles are great for the kind of work, the Rainbow Heyoka is my personal favorite.
