A Magickal Weekend

I wanted to share some shots from the other weekend. It was classes, discussions, a guided journey, and group work using one of my truffles facilitated by the amazing team of Angie Buchanan and Drake Spaeth. It was a huge step for me as after some bitter experiences in the first couple of years with Emporium Black I had stopped putting myself out there anymore than needed. After what feels like a rebirth for me this last winter and yet another cycle of transformation and peeling off the layers of my most recent cocoon it now feels like time to take some bigger steps with Emporium Black and owning and living my own true path as these truffles and my path are so intensely intertwined. This magickal weekend was the first time I worked, talked, and shared space with a group of people in person with these truffles. After my most recent growth spurt I was able to do so in a deeply honest way and I was able to do so without fear. It really helped me see how much more there is that I want and need to do with these truffles and seeing what a huge role they can play. Participating in a group guided journey while being the creator/conduit of what we were using for the journey also really helped open my eyes to a bigger picture. I myself am appreciating and understanding just how special these truffles are in so many new ways and am more excited than ever to keep moving forward on this journey. I myself also finally see the importance of getting out there in person to work with people, talk with people and speak for these beautiful plants and truffles in person. There is a level of exchange that just can’t be picked up when not actually physically sharing that same space and energy. My ability to see and understand how the truffles are working with individuals and groups as well is greatly amplified in person. It’s like the truffles themselves; We can work with the plants and grow the plants and maybe even ingest homeopathic and/or microdose amounts, but it's the ingesting the larger amounts in the truffles that really puts us in that shared space with these plant spirits in a much deeper way.
