on Combining Truffle Varieties

Personally I don’t like to mix two (or more) truffles together. When I create a new truffle it is not something that comes from my intellect. The plants guide me and I listen. I listen until I understand what I am supposed to do and then that is what I do. And I never fail to be impressed with the elegance of what happens when I try each truffle for the first time. The plants know what they are doing. I could never come up with these fluid compositions of experience on my own. So that is how I recommend others experience the truffles as well. Stick to one variety at a time as each variety was created as a result of listening to the plants guidance, If you mix and match on your own you have undone that beauty and to me that seems a shame . I think part of the magic of these truffles is that this trust and guidance from the plants which we all seek is actually woven into them with every step of their creation.
