Representation & Finding Your Freedom
Representation is so important for so many reasons. Being someone who has always been so out it's something I have put a lot of thought into as weather we want it or not, it kind of makes us ambassadors to whatever it is we are out about. We are the window in for the rest of the world. I talk about normalizing these things to the rest of the world yet I have recently seen how much that unconsciously affected me expressing who I am each day knowing that everyone is watching and I've set myself up to make something look 'normal'

I'm a huge fan of Ncuti Gatwa and even as young as they are they have really helped me on my own gender journey. They are so beautifully feminine and masculine at the same time and when I was watching them in the new Doctor Who Christmas specials I so clearly saw me. I can see countless gender fluid people but until I see someone who really reminds me of me it makes it so much harder to understand what was going on with me.

It's so easy to say 'be authentic' but we as humans can be very complicated and understanding these gateways to who we really are and our own freedoms aren't always that easy to understand. Society can really mess with our self perception making it hard to know what are our actual feelings and what is brainwashing...and these truffles and the plants I use in them are perfect for this kind of work. They lift us and help us see things from new perspectives that we just don't see without them. They help us integrate these new awarenesses and use them to move forward and gain momentum on our own personal journeys to freedom. There are so many parts of ourselves to get to know, no matter where you find yourself I am confident that these truffles will help...but please know that these truffles are not a replacement for therapy. Sometimes we need both.
